The flange mounted level transmitter can measure the accuracy of liquid level and density of various vessels. It has two types: flat flange differential pressure level transmitter and plug-in flange differential pressure level transmitter. It is applicable to the measurement of high viscosity medium or suspended liquid. The installation flange standard of TN3851LT flange dp level transmitter is ANSI. The flange of the single flange level transmitter has 3 "and 4" specifications. The flange grade of the flush pressure transmitter is 150LB (2.5MPa) and 300LB (5.0MPa). The flange installation size is shown in the following chart. If the user adopts GB9116-88 standard, please specify DN=80, 100, PN=2MPa.
As the isolation diaphragm of the flush pressure transmitter is very thin, it is a weak link of corrosion resistance, so the materials of the liquid contact diaphragm are 316L, Hastelloy C-276, Monell, tantalum, etc., which can be used for the corrosion protection requirements of different situations. It can be reasonably selected according to the concentration, humidity, pressure and other parameters of the measured medium, which are suitable for the corrosion resistance reference table given in the appendix. In case of strong corrosion, the dp level transmitter with anti-corrosion structure can be selected.
If not specified by the user, 3 "150LB mounting flange and 316L liquid contacting diaphragm material shall be used for supply. The mounting flange standard of TN3851LT single flange level transmitter shall comply with ANSI. The flange of the dp level transmitter has 3 ″ and 4 ″ specifications, and the flange grade is divided into 150LB (2.5MPa) and 300LB (5.0MPa) See the following chart for flange installation dimensions. If the user adopts GB9116-88 standard, please specify DN=80, 100, PN=2MPa. Wetted diaphragm materials include 316L, Hastelloy C-276, Monell, tantalum, etc. 3 ″ 150LB mounting flange and wetted diaphragm material 31 shall be used when not specified by the user.
