How should the pressure transmitter be installed? Part3:Precautions

During the installation of the industrial pressure transmitter, there are many details that need careful attention to ensure the best performance and long-term stability of the industrial pressure transmitter. Even minor omissions can lead to measurement errors or equipment damage. Therefore, in order to avoid unnecessary failures and extend the service life of the digital pressure transmitter, it is recommended to pay attention to the following points during installation.

1、 Please ensure that the inner diameter of the gasket used is greater than the inner diameter of the diaphragm seal. If the inner diameter of the gasket used is smaller than the inner diameter of the diaphragm seal, the normal operation of the diaphragm may be affected, causing errors or damage to the diaphragm.

2、 Be careful not to damage the surface of the diaphragm, if the film is placed one-sided downward, it may damage the surface of the diaphragm.

3、 Do not twist, or squeeze the capillary, do not put too much pressure on the capillary.

4、 Do not loosen the four screws on the flange of the chamber (if the filling fluid leaks, the transmitter will not work).

5、 Install the flange diaphragm on the high and low-pressure sides of the liquid tank according to the H and L labels.

6、 In order to avoid measurement errors caused by temperature differences, the capillary tubes can be bundled together. The capillaries must be securely fastened to the walls of the tank to protect the capillaries from wind and vibration. If the capillaries are too long, the capillaries should be rolled together and secured with clamps.

Special reminder:

For places with special requirements, appropriate accessories should be equipped to meet special requirements. For example, in outdoor places, if the transmitter has anti-freeze (rain) requirements, the digital pressure transmitter should be installed in the incubator (protective box); For example, when the digital pressure transmitter measures the temperature of the medium, it should be equipped with a condensing tank to assist in cooling.
