How should the pressure transmitter be installed? Part1 Preparations before installation

The breakthroughs in the field of sensor technology have also made the pace of industrial modernization faster and faster, and a variety of intelligent pressure/differential pressure transmitters have emerged according to the different needs of users. The complex environment and design requirements of the site make the selection and installation of the digital pressure transmitter very important.

Field pressure transmitter installation should meet the following basic requirements:

1、 The digital pressure transmitter should check the pressure transmitter’s position number, model, specification, material and accessories before installation.

2、 Determine the installation location:

① The light should be sufficient, and easy to operate and maintain.

② The height of the center of the 2088 pressure transmitter from the operating ground should be 1.20m to 1.50m.

The display instrument should be installed in a position that is easy to observe the value.

④ The instrument should not be installed in vibration, humidity, susceptible to mechanical damage, strong electromagnetic field interference, high temperature, drastic temperature changes and corrosive gases.

3、 The installation process should not knock, vibration digital pressure transmitter. The instrument should be firm and straight after installation. The connection and fixed parts of the pressure transmitter and equipment, pipelines or components should be stressed evenly, and should not bear abnormal external forces.

4、 Installed on a special pipeline, the need for a degreasing pressure transmitter. It should be installed after passing the degreasing inspection.

5、 The 2088 pressure transmitter directly installed on the pipeline should be installed after the pipeline is purged. When installed at the same time as the pipe, the pressure transmitter should be removed before the pipe purges.

6、 The capacitance type pressure transmitter installed on the pipeline or equipment should be tested after installation.

7、 The junction box in the construction process should be timely closed cover and inlet.

8、 When measuring the insulation resistance of the pressure transmitter, there should be measures to prevent the weak current equipment and electronic components from being damaged.

9、 The installation height of the 2088 pressure transmitter measuring low pressure should be consistent with the height of the pressure point.
