A Memorable Visit from Our Indonesian Client and Singaporean Industry Friend

Recently, we were honored to receive an old customer from Indonesia, who also brought a friend from the valve industry in Singapore. This customer has gradually deepened his cooperation with us over the past three years, and the two sides have established a strong and mutually beneficial relationship. We met at an exhibition in Indonesia last year and talked about the possibility of future cooperation. This year, when he came to China on a business trip, he also took the time to visit our factory to get a more intuitive understanding of our production process and product quality.

The visit started with a tour of our production facilities. The customer witnessed the advanced technology and precision craftsmanship in every link of the production line. He showed great interest in several key equipment, such as the automatic assembly machine for differential pressure transmitters, which fully demonstrated our pursuit of efficiency and accuracy. The pulse pressure tester and high and low temperature test chamber also caught his attention. The most eye-catching part of this visit was the on-site test of the electromagnetic flowmeter. The customer was very enthusiastic when discussing the parameter setting and calibration process, and asked in detail about the factors that affect the accuracy and stability of the instrument, which fully demonstrated his recognition of our technology.

He was particularly impressed when he learned that we can independently manufacture sensor cores and master advanced oil injection technology. This discovery shows that we have full control over key components and processes, making us more competitive among our peers. At the same time, he also showed great interest in our differential pressure transmitters, electromagnetic flowmeters and mass flowmeters, which showed him the richness and innovation of our product range.
