Commissioning method of pressure transmitter

The pressure sensor transmitter is a device used to measure the pressure of the medium in the pipeline or container and convert the pressure signal into a standard electrical signal output. In industrial production, a pressure transmitter is an indispensable tool. However, in the process of use, the water pressure transmitter will also have some problems, such as large deviation, unstable output, etc., which requires debugging of the pressure transmitter.

First of all, some basic knowledge needs to be clear before debugging. Different pressure transmitters have different measuring ranges and accuracy, and you need to check the equipment manual to understand its parameters. During commissioning, ensure that the measured medium is in a static state, free from the interference of external factors. In the commissioning process, we can use the following methods:

1. First, adjust the zero point. After turning on the power of the steam pressure transmitter 4 20ma, calibrate its zero point. Expose the pressure transmitter to room temperature for a few minutes and then record the output. If the output values differ significantly, you can manually adjust the zeroing screw until the output value is exactly zero. For some digital display devices, automatic calibration can be realized by the calibration zero function.

2. Adjust the fullness. For some pressure transmitters with adjustable fullness, it is necessary to adjust the fullness after adjusting the zero point. Take the digital display type as an example, you can add the high-pressure calibration signal after calibrating zero, and adjust the calibration potentiometer until the output value is equal to the fullness.

3. Perform the appropriate calibration. When calibrating a pressure level transmitter, it is important to note that the measured pressure should be stable. It is necessary to calibrate different positions at a specific pressure value to obtain an accurate reading. Calculations can be made to determine the horizontal distance from the pressure transmitter and the calibration point to get more accurate results.

4. Comparison check. After adjustment, we can check the output of the high temperature pressure transducer against the standard signal. In practice, you can also verify the consistency of the pressure transmitter's output results by measuring the pressure value of the same medium several times.

In short, before using the pressure measuring tools, it needs to be calibrated and debugged to ensure the accuracy of its output results. Adjusting the zero point, fullness, calibrating the pressure, and comparison checking are common commissioning methods. During commissioning, attention needs to be paid to the measurement environment and the state of the measured object to avoid interference and errors, to obtain more reliable results.
