3. The sensor impeller is hindered by debris or the bearing clearance enters the foreign body, and the resistance increases.

1. Clean the filter.

2. Determine whether the spool is loose from the effective hand-wheel adjustment of the valve.

3. Remove the sensor and remove debris. Verify the sensor if necessary.

Phenomenon 3: Vortex flow meter fluid does not flow, and the flow display is not zero

1. The transmission line shield is improperly grounded.

2. The pipe vibrates and the impeller shakes accordingly.

3. The stop valve is not tightly closed.

3. Reasons for pipeline flow.

6. The actual flow of the sensor exceeds the specified range.

1-4. Find out the cause of the failure and find countermeasures according to the specific cause.

5. Replace the lost magnetic component.
