Working Principle and Applications of the Capacitive Pressure Sensor

The capacitive differential pressure sensor is a conversion device that uses various types of capacitors as sensing elements to convert measured physical or mechanical quantities into changes in capacitance. 3. Good dynamic response. Since the electrostatic gravitational force between plates with electrodes is small (about 105N), the capacitance pressure sensors require very little energy. And because their moving parts can be made very small and thin, they are lightweight. Capacitance differential pressure sensors are particularly suitable for dynamic measurements because of their high natural frequency, short dynamic response time, and their ability to operate at frequencies of several megahertz. Because of its low dielectric loss, it can be powered by higher frequencies, so the system has a high operating frequency.
