Safety Applications of Pressure Transmitters in Oil and Gas Engineering

The high-pressure protection system is composed of pressure detection sensors, voters, actuators, and other accessories. As the core component of the advanced technology system, i.e. the trigger instrument, the digital pressure transmitter is generally chosen as the digital pressure transmitter with high measurement accuracy. When an intelligent digital pressure transmitter is selected, it is necessary to shield the intelligent communication of the intelligent industrial pressure transmitter so that the internal parameters are not subject to abnormal modification. Each pressure indicator transmitter needs to be certified by an organization. Per 3 pressure indicator transmitters need to be purchased from different manufacturers to increase the reliability of the pressure transmitter 4 20mA and reduce the probability of simultaneous failure of the pressure transmitter 4 20mA.
The pressure transmitter 4 20mA must take pressure from the same process location. The industrial pressure transmitters need to be equipped with highly reliable interlocking valve packages. The interlocking valve group installs three industrial pressure transmitters. Each pressure indicator transmitter should be allowed to be independently isolated and bleed. The interlocking valve group provides corresponding isolation position detection for each digital pressure transmitter to ensure that at least two pressure indicator transmitters are in normal detection status.
