1. Flow measurement field

Flow measurement generally chooses the ordinary differential pressure transducers or the diaphragm-sealed double-flange differential pressure transmitter. The dpt pressure transmitter needs to be matched with an orifice plate, Aniuba and Venturi, and other throttling devices, and the measured results are also on the differential pressure value. 2. Pressure measurement field

3. Corrosive working environment

Corrosive conditions generally refer to the corrosiveness of the environment and application conditions. In the corrosive working environment, the material of the transmitter has requirements, of which the key is the diaphragm material, flange material, and shell material. Transmitter shell materials generally have aluminum alloy and stainless steel. In a non-corrosive environment, the aluminum alloy material is more economical. If in a corrosive environment, it is more appropriate to use stainless steel.

4. Easy to crystallize the high-viscosity working environment

Once the medium leaves the process equipment, it is easy to crystallize. If there is crystallization or the viscosity of the medium is too large, it is easy to lead to clogging of the pressure conduit, which not only increases the workload brought about by clearing and unblocking but also results in unstable measurement results. In this case, it is recommended to choose the isolated transmitter.

5. High-temperature working environment

Measurement media in high-temperature environments are hotter, and the process temperature often exceeds the normal operating range of the transmitter. In this case, it is possible to avoid high temperature damage to the transmitter by selecting a remote seal pressure transmitter and using a capillary tube to induce pressure.
