1. Flange crystallization problem under strong corrosion conditions

In the chlor-alkali production process, an alkaline crystal layer easily forms on the surface of the differential pressure transmitter flange, requiring maintenance every 15 to 30 days. By innovatively using a special alloy flange material, we have reduced crystal adhesion by 76%. As a result, the equipment's continuous and stable operation cycle has been extended to 90 days, saving the customer over 120,000 yuan in annual maintenance costs. 2. Optimization of the size of the tank insertion sleeve

Early batches of insertion sleeves had a 3-5mm size deviation, resulting in prominent risks on the inner wall of some tanks. We implemented an active recall mechanism and completed the rapid replacement of the sleeve components of 32 equipment on the basis of retaining the original shell design. Through the modular transformation solution, the customer's equipment update cost was reduced by 40%, while avoiding the structural hazards of the tank.


3. Enhanced Inventory Management and Rapid Delivery

In order to meet customers' 24-hour emergency delivery needs, we reconstructed the warehouse management strategy: the standard length of the double flange differential pressure transmitter capillary was set to 7 meters, and 8-meter specification products were strategically reserved. By establishing a dedicated safety inventory, 98% of orders can be delivered within 48 hours, which is expected to be 60% faster than the industry average.
