Application of pressure transmitter in urban water supply system
2023-08-15 10:18Water supply is an important guarantee for the life of urban residents. With a growing population in the city, the water supply pressure of the municipal pipeline network is insufficient to meet the water demand of high-rise residents, which is becoming more and more prominent.
At present, the secondary water supply is an effective way to solve the problem of high-rise buildings' water supply. Secondary water supply refers to units or individuals through storage, pressurization, and then re-provided through the pipeline to the user to use the water supply mode. Generally speaking, the first to the sixth floor is the municipal direct water supply area, the seventh to the fifteenth floor is the intermediate area of the secondary pressurized water supply, and the fifteenth floor and above is known as the high-pressure water supply area.
Secondary water supply facilities are directly related to secondary water supply quality, water pressure, and water supply safety, which are directly related to people's quality of life. In order not to impact the water supply of urban residents, the state does not allow the direct installation of living and production water pumps on the municipal pipe network. How to make full use of the original pressure based on the negative pressure, but not produce, to the municipal water supply equipment connected to the municipal water supply network in series?
It is inseparable from the non-negative pressure water supply system (KLSW). KLSW is used to solve the problem that the water supply can not reach the user water height or flow due to the lack of pressure. It is a new environmentally friendly energy-saving equipment.
The non-negative pressure water supply system mainly consists of a non-negative pressure stabilizer tank, pressure tank (diaphragm or airbag expansion tank), pump, motor, filter, backflow preventer, diff pressure sensor, electric contact pressure gauge, piping components, base, and other components. Through the high sensitivity pressure switch or pressure sensor installed on the water supply pipe network, etc., to detect the pressure change of the water supply pipe network when the water consumption changes, and continuously transmit the changed signal to the microcomputer.
It can be seen that the pressure indicator transmitter is one of the important components of non-negative pressure water supply equipment. When the water consumption changes, the dp transmitter detects the pressure change of the water supply network and continuously outputs the change signal to the control system, which dynamically controls the compensation amount according to different operating conditions, realizes the dynamic pressure balance, and ensures the constant pressure of the water supply network to meet the users' water demand. Relative to the need for frequent replacement of the remote pressure gauge, the differential pressure transducers not only can solve the problem of unstable water supply but also reduce after-sales maintenance costs.
