Metal Capacitive Differential Pressure Sensor
The medium pressure is transferred to the test diaphragm in the middle of δ room by the barrier diaphragm and Silicon oil. Since the test diaphragm of the dpt sensor is a securely flexible component, it responds to pressure discrepancies by generating displacement. The displacement of the diaphragm corresponds directly to the pressure difference. The maximum displacement measures 0.1mm. Subsequently, the differential capacitor connecting the test diaphragm and capacitive board is transitioned to the standard output by the Circuit Current.
