Measurement Principle:

A high-frequency pulse is emitted from a probe, coursing along a cable or rod for propagation. Upon encountering a material surface, the pulse rebounds, and is directed back to the receiving apparatus. This reflected signal, together with the distance data, is then translated into a comprehensible output.
