Product Introduction
The steam vortex flowmeter adopts the design of temperature and pressure integration, which is a new flowmeter for measuring the fluid flow in closed pipes based on the principle of Karman vortex. Because of its good medium adaptability, it can directly measure the volume flow of steam, air, gas, water and liquid under working conditions without temperature and pressure compensation. It is equipped with temperature and pressure sensors to measure the standard volume flow and mass flow.
Product Features
♦ The vortex flowmeter has no movable parts, and the measuring elements have simple structure, reliable performance and long service life.
♦ The vortex flowmeter has a wide measuring range. The range ratio can generally reach 1:10.
♦ The volume flow of vortex flowmeter is not affected by thermal parameters such as temperature, pressure, density or viscosity of the measured fluid. Generally, no separate calibration is required. It can measure the flow of liquid, gas or steam.
♦ It causes little pressure loss.
♦ The accuracy is high, the repeatability is 0.5%, and the maintenance is small.

2. Vortex flowmeter has a wide range of applications, the flow of steam, liquid ,gas and compressed air all can be measured.Simple and firm structure, no movable parts, high reliability, and very reliable long-term operation.
3. The professional testing and calibration equipment . Before the vortex flowmeter leaves the factory, it must be strictly calibrated for many times. The body is made of 304 stainless steel, the probe is SS316L, and the product has passed CE, IS9001 and ATEX certification.
