Why does the radar level meter produced by Auto gain trust and support from local chemical plants?

radar level meter

Chemical plants have very specific requirements for tank measurement, and the demands on liquid level products, especially radar level meters, are extremely high. Factors like corrosive media, small storage tanks, high temperature and pressure, and interference from mixing blades all challenge the technical capabilities and practicality of the products.

In a chemical plant in Shandong, the user had been using a certain brand of radar gauge for a long time but faced challenges such as high costs and slow maintenance response. As a result, they decided to switch to the radar level meter produced by our company. The radar level meter from Auto competed against over ten domestic brands and performed well in complex conditions such as reaction kettle operations, dual-layer mixing blades, and thick foam inside the tank. It demonstrated stable measurements and clear echo signals, which led to the user’s preference.

1. Auto's self-produced radar type level indicators: Configurable to different working conditions

1. Corrosive, pressurized conditions: Choose stainless steel, fully lined fluorine-sealed flange antenna (using a PTFE sealed surface integrated lens antenna style to ensure that corrosive gases and liquids do not enter the equipment).

2. Highly corrosive sealed conditions: Choose a fully PTFE-flanged antenna.

3. Hazardous conditions with flammable and explosive risks: Both intrinsically safe and explosion-proof versions are available.

2. Features of Auto's radar level meter:

1. Measurement accuracy: The guided-wave radar level meter has a measurement accuracy of up to ±10mm, with some high-frequency radar models achieving an accuracy of ±15mm. These are suitable for measuring various media, including liquids, solids, dust, and in situations prone to crystallization or condensation.

2. Higher signal-to-noise ratio: Radar measurements are almost unaffected by fluctuations in the material level.

3. PTFE material antenna: Effectively resistant to corrosion and material build-up.

4. Proprietary stability algorithm: In environments prone to condensation and conditions affected by mixing blades or baffles, such as liquid surface splashing, flying, and vortices, the radar meter can still accurately track and measure the liquid surface.

5. Easy installation: The instrument offers both flange and threaded mounting options for convenient and straightforward installation.
