Electronic flow meter
Description
The hot water flow meter is an electromagnetic flowmeter with the characteristics of simple structure, light weight, high precision, good repeatability, sensitive response, convenient installation, maintenance and use, which has absorbed the advanced technology of flow meters at home and abroad and has been optimized. Displays total flow, instantaneous flow and percentage of flow full scale.
The battery adopts long-lasting lithium battery. The battery life of the single-function accumulating meter can reach more than 3 years. It can be matched with a display instrument with special functions, and can also perform quantitative control and over-amount alarm. It is an ideal instrument for flow measurement and energy saving. This type of electromagnetic flow product itself has the function of on-site display, and can also transmit the flow signal far away in the form of pulses. The instrument is cheap and highly integrated, especially suitable for use with computer control systems such as secondary display instrument, PLC, DCS, etc.
Application:
1. Waster water industry: transport networks sewage treatment plants, sludges.
2. Chemical industry: acids alkalis, dosing applications, abrasive or corrosive mediums.
3. Metal & mining industry: mediums with a high solid content, like ore or excavator mud.
4. Water industry: Revenue metering, district metering water abstraction, leakage detection.
5. Pulp & paper industry: pulp, pastes, sludges & other caustic mediums, liquor, additives, bleaches, colourants.
6. Food & beverage industry: mixing, dosing and filling of drinks under hygienic conditions filling systems applications.
Features:
1.High definition LCD displayer.2.There are no block and cut-off parts,so the phenomenon of pressure loss and liquid block is not existed.
3.Low Installation requirements. The front straight pipe segment is only required to be 5D, and the back straight pipe segment is 2D.
4.There are a variety of choices of lining and electrode, which can meet the requirements of measuring a variety of conductive flow.
5.Modbus-rs485, HART, GPRS, PROFIBUS and other communication signal output (optional).
6.There are two models:integration and separation.
