Product Introduction
Vortex flow meter is a non-contact measuring instrument, which is mainly used for flow measurement of industrial pipeline medium fluid, such as gas, liquid, steam,air and other media.
The instrument uses piezoelectric stress sensor to detect and output pulse signal. By using it together with display totalizer, the total volume flow index can be obtained. Because of its good medium adaptability, high pressure resistance and wear resistance, it is widely used in the measurement control process of petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power and other industries.
Product Features
Simple and firm structure, no movable parts, high reliability, and very reliable long-term operation. It is easy to install and maintain.
The detection sensor does not directly contact the measured medium, with stable performance and long service life.
The output is a pulse signal proportional to the flow, without zero drift and with high accuracy.
The measuring range is wide and the range ratio can reach 1:10.
The pressure loss is small, the operating cost is low, and it is more energy-saving.
